With industry experience since 1983, John Vacovec has expertise in outpatient physical therapy. John has proven concepts and methods for building lifetime relationships with clients by focusing on what patients truly value.

Robert, PT,DPT,CSCS

Clinical Director - Norfolk

Under the radar, calm & relaxed, Rob has a wonderful ability to communicate with clients, and they rave about him! He specializes in orthopedics, adolescent and adult sports, balance training/fall prevention, and post-surgical care. Rob sees clients at both clinics.

Mike, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Mike understands the value of strong relationships in rehabilitation from his own patient experience. Committed to empowering patients to regain strength, mobility, and confidence, he delivers evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs to help patients reach their goals. Education: University of Connecticut, 2024 – Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Allison, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

With over 14 years of experience in diverse healthcare settings, Allison brings a patient-centered, thoughtful approach to care rooted in curiosity and compassion. Especially drawn to neurology and orthopedics, she values connecting with individuals from all walks of life. Known as a good listener and creative problem-solver, Allison strives to meet each patient where they are, believing that healing occurs through strong relationships, shared goals, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Outside the clinic, her interests include hiking, traveling, gardening (serving as Vice President of her local garden club), quilting (member of the County Line Quilt Guild), and music (chair of Ash Hop Porchfest).

Holly, PT, DPT, OCS

Physical Therapist

Holly has been practicing physical therapy since 2000 and brings over two decades of clinical experience to PTSR’s Norwood clinic. She earned both her undergraduate and doctoral degrees from Northeastern University and has worked in a variety of care settings, including outpatient orthopedics, home health, and subacute rehab.

Holly is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and is passionate about treating TMJ dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum care. She’s also trained in the McKenzie Method, Mulligan Concept, dry needling, and several manual therapy techniques. Known for her mentorship and commitment to clinical education, Holly has served as a clinical instructor and staff mentor throughout her career.

When she’s not treating patients, Holly enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with her family and their golden retriever, Brody.

Jodie

Client Manager- Norfolk

Jodie has been with PT & SR since 2012 and is a true professional. She has a wealth of knowledge in the medical arena, is thorough and detailed, and she will make your experience in her office seamless (she also has a great smile).

Elaine

Client Manager- Norwood

Multi tasking is built into Elaine’s DNA and energy is never an issue. Elaine is great on the phone and even better in person. She will make sure you have a great experience at the Norwood office.

Marie

Client Manager, Norwood

Marie is newer to the group it but feels like she has been here as long as all of us. She loves music in the office and don’t be surprised if you see her dancing behind the front desk. P.S. Bring in egg cartoons for her chicken eggs.

Office Director

With PT & SR since 2018, you will see Diane at both the Norwood and Norfolk offices.

She is the go to person when you need an answer and her “can-do” attitude and ability to do whatever it takes to accomplish what’s needed is invaluable.
