Very good experience so far. My provider was Holly and she was super thorough and seemed to be extremely knowledgeable about my conditions.

I was fortunate to have Allison as my PT. Not only was she very knowledgeable about her profession but she was also very kind and personable. I had a total knee replacement in February and by the time I finished my sessions with Allison I was in a great place physically. Also, Jody (front desk) was so sweet and pleasant . I had twelve visits to address pain in my hip. Dr. Holly Hunt was amazing. She taught me exercises and stretches and did some massaging. It was just what I needed. She left me with advice and exercises to do at home. The clinic is also amazing. It is quiet and clean and not hectic or crowded like other clinics I've been to. The staff is friendly and professional. Scheduling was easy and I got in quick. If I need PT work, I will absolutely come here.

Rob is awesome… I had a spinal fusion in my neck at the end of December and began PT about 4 weeks post surgery. Rob developed a thoughtful and well structured post surgical recovery plan that was tailored to my needs twice a week for three months. The program focused on restoring full range of motion in my neck, with a goal of achieving 100% mobility, as well as rebuilding upper body strength, especially in the area where nerve damage had impacted my muscle function. Rob consistently demonstrated patience and deep knowledge throughout the process. At the start of each session, he clearly outlined the plan, and he always took time to check in on how I was feeling and whether anything had changed since the previous visit. He is an excellent listener and was very responsive to feedback, adjusting the daily plan as needed to support my recovery. The activities were demonstrated, he made it easy to follow and provided immediate feedback for corrective action when needed. Overall, Rob provided a highly personalized and effective rehabilitation experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone recovering from surgery or dealing with similar physical challenges

Brittany is an excellent physical therapist . She really cares about you, listens carefully and works with you one on one to help improve. I felt supported. The one on one sessions made a big difference.

He helped my achey arthritic painful knee and sciatica by showing me exercises to help the pain I had.been in. John helped me improve my day to day living of even the simple task of going up and down stairs without discomfort. John also used lazer, massage, ice and stimulation during my sessions which were very beneficial to me. I tried lot of PT clinics for my back pain, and didn’t work, until I founded Physical Therapy and Sports my back pain feel way more better, and they do work with you on different and method to make things better.

My physical therapist was Allison Burba Horgan who did a thorough professional evaluation on my initial visit, and the exercises on my first session helped a lot. Additional sessions over 10 weeks plus home exercises & stretching have brought me back to finally being able to walk upright again. Allison is wonderful! More home exercises to build up my core were suggested. Very professional, kind, committed staff. Highly recommend the Norfolk office and staff!

I have used the services at Norwood Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab on many occasions and have always been impressed with their expertise. Their PT experts are great at explaining procedures and exercises and for me knowing exactly how everything was connected gave me the knowledge to be my own advocate and to know when to push for more. After having rotator cuff surgeries on both shoulders within 5 months, I was determined to get through the pain. It was tough, but ROB and John pushed me. The office staff became my friends and I actually miss going to PT. I have used other PT services, but NONE compare to Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab. Hopefully I am done and no more mishaps on the horizon, but if so then I KNOW where I will go. Thank you !!!

Everyone here is awesome. I have had the need for PT on and off for 3 years. The girls always joked about not seeing me again, but there I was. ROB was the best and his patience and expertise with my injuries helped me understand what I NEEDED to do. Hopefully I am not in need of PT again, but I will definitely be returning here. The staff at Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab, Inc are truly amazing. This is my second time being treated there for running injuries and I can’t think of anywhere else I’d want to go. They are thorough, extremely smart and really get you on the perfect regimen to get you back to 100%. They’ve allowed me to run 6 marathons, 4 half marathons and countless 10K’s, 5K’s, USATF races and trail races. Last year I ran over 1000 miles all with strength, stretching and rehab tools they taught me. Five stars!

What a great place for physical therapy. Robert did a great job working with me after having a Severe Rotor Cuff tear repair and explained everything thoroughly. He answered all my questions that I asked . Everyone very friendly, polite and professional. Scheduling appointments was easy . I will definitely return here if I need PT again.

I was referred to physical therapy and sports rehab for an ankle injury with a surgery date scheduled. With the help of John and Rob we were able to rehab my ankle and avoid surgery. John and Rob are professional and knowledgeable. When I met with them they put together a plan and an at home schedule to follow.

From day one the secretaries were awesome setting me up and scheduling me. Holly was a fabulous PT!! It was a great experience

I cannot say enough about my experience there and how wonderful everyone was. I had Mike for PT and he was great. He explained everything, knew exactly how to treat the pain and swelling in my knee, and answered any questions I had. The knee is so much better now than when I first started there. I chose this rehab because it is easy to get to and lots of parking and that was important to me, and not to mention how everyone there made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

I saw Mike who was very knowledgeable, capable and friendly. I had hip surgery and he did a number of differant exercises to loosen up the hip also giving me exercises to do at home. He was a great help. Also the staff were very nice, friendly and accommodating

What a wonderful I had experience at PT & Sports Rehab in Norfolk! I had therapy 2x a week for 11 weeks. From Jodie at the front desk greeting me with a smile on her face, to Allison who is probably the kindest, most gentle PT ever, the whole experience was great. Allison worked hard to help me get my elbow to where it needed to be and really listened to all of my concerns. Her gentle guidance helped me to the finish line, and I am forever grateful. I have been treated here a few times over the years for a few different issues. I always put it off, thinking I can work things out on my own. But I eventually set up some appointments, and John and Rob then get me fixed up pretty quickly (and I always wonder why I didn’t go in sooner!). My latest experience has been similar to my previous ones - they listen to my issues, give me clear instructions, and design a good program to help me heal quickly.

The more I continue with PT the closer I get to visiting my sister…John has taken time to help me with my hips. Walking up the stairs without difficulty. I wished this was something I had done in the past… so visiting her, wouldn’t be so hard.

I was very pleased with my visit with Holly . She was very informative and explained my issues and supported my concerns and made me feel confident and comfortable with a plan to treat my tmd and tinnitus.

I love this place. It is clean, well equipped, has a friendly staff and highly competent PTs. I'm experiencing great results with my therapist, Mary Kate. She got me out of great discomfort in just two visits and has me well on the road to recovery.

My physical therapy experience was great. My therapist and the rest of the staff were wonderful. My mobility and pain has improved tremendously. 👏 I recently had my second knee replaced. Seven months after the first. That experience was quite challenging. I had more swelling and pain than the first. All that rapidly improved after returning to outpatient physical therapy. Setting up appointments were easy, the ladies at the front desk are so pleasant and easy to work with. I can't say enough about my physical John. He is caring, empathetic and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. You can freely express any concerns and he will readily address it. Now I feel wonderful. Credits to my therapist and all the others there.

I received treatment for ankle tendinitis. Everyone there is wonderful. From the moment you walk through the door. Rob showed me great strengthening exercises. I am much improved. He is kind, patient, and knowledgeable I highly recommend

Rachel and Rob were excellent caregivers. They chose exercises and explained them in detail for my hip issue that were designed to alleviate the pain I was experiencing. After 13 sessions I definitely could see improvement. I highly recommend them for any issue you might have that would benefit from physical therapy.

Received excellent care for my injured knee from Mike Sarnelli in Norwood, which enabled me to get back to normal activities in a relatively short period of time. Was also provided with a list of helpful exercises to do on my own.

Norfolk therapy did a great job. Each session my therapist Rob would ask me how I was feeling and what was wrong he would then change up the treatment that he was giving me and every time I visited him I felt better when I left thank you very much.

First off they were very patient with me as I had to cancel and reschedule many appointments. I am now on a set schedule. I have Rob for my PT. Fantastic. Super gentle yet intentional to working on my shoulder. Our family has gone here a few years back as well. I would definitely recommend.
